COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT CORPORATION MEETING

Attendees: Al Pearlman, Jeff Albrinck, Stiney Vonderhaar, Dave Harwood Bob Szczur, Jack Cameron (Doug Lohmeier and Hugh McKinnon absent). Also present from FSA/KKG Aaron Whittaker, Chris Breda, Craig Gossman, Linda Armsey, and Steve Armsey.

1. Approval of Minutes from October 13, 2009 (1st Vonderhaar, 2nd Pearlman – 6 aye, 0 nae)
2. Economic Development update
a. Jack gave brief update that the GE Aviation retention project was still moving forward and a media event was being planned for Thursday, November 5th.
b. Executive Session – No executive session

1. FSA Project discussion
a. Agenda attached
i. Important thoughts from the meeting would include:
1. SWOT analysis submissions from members
a. Szczur and Pearlman attached
b. Property development opportunities explored (briefly)
i. 5/3 – Travelodge
ii. Evendale Commons
iii. Village Crossings
1. Walgreen’s restrictions, easements noted
2. FSA to review these covenants and restrictions
3. Drawings to be developed to further CIC ideas
2. FSA has been making contact with property owners and developers with investment in Evendale
